Generate and print a prepaid USPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund for use of this label.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
